WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING?

All orders are charged Shipping & Handling for standard ground transportation. Quick shipments such as "Next Day Air" ,"Second Day Air" or "Saturday Delivery"will be advised by our shipping department prior to shipment. All internet orders are shipped standard ground delivery with delivery time up to 7 business days. All parts will ship the same day as ordered if HVAC PLUS have it in stock.For all QUICK Shipments (Over night, 2 or 3 day air), please call us at 800-431-3137. The delivery time is based on stock availability of all parts. If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while in transit, the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of the purchaser. All cancelled orders are subject to 30% restocking fee. Equipment or items that have been installed are not returnable. All returned goods are subject to our approved RMA. Our RMA request form can be found and filled out on line. All returns are subject to 50% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on installed or electronic parts. All parts will ship the same day as ordered if HVAC PLUS have it in stock. If HVAC PLUS ship the incorrect part our Policy is very simple.. you the customer should call us right away and HVAC PLUS will immediately ship the correct part out. PAYMENT TERMS?

Payment Terms Purchasers may pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or by mailing a business or cashier's check. No personal checks are accepted. At HVACPLUS.com, export orders may be subject to special export payment terms and quotations. All payments must be made in United States Currency. HVACPLUS.com shall have the right of set-off and deduction for any sums owed. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

FREIGHT POLICY

FREIGHT POLICY All shipments are prepaid and add. A minimum $19.00 shipping and handling charge is added to all shipments under $100. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as shipment from point specified by customer will be added to order total. Export orders may be subject to special terms and conditions. Title and risk of loss will be passed on to purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product is damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier NOT WITH HVACPLUS.com. HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED/WHEN WILL IT GET THERE?

How soon will my order be delivered/when will it get there? Once your order is SHIPPED, it will take up to 7 business days (standard ground delivery). PRICE QUOTES

Prices online and offline are subject to change without notice. HVAC PLUS try to update and manager over 500,000 parts in our database. Manufacturers change their prices daily but HVAC PLUS does a very good job for the most part as far as keeping the prices updated. Verbal quotations are only good for the same day quoted. Written quotations will be honored for thirty (30) days from the day quoted.

EXPECTED SHIPMENT

Expected Shipment Please note, expected shipment times are when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. The delivery time is also based on stock availability of all part(s).

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Special Order Items(There are "No Cancellations ") You can not cancel once we place the order from the factory for non-stock items. Special Order items require some additional time before they can be shipped. For example, "Special Order" add 2-4 weeks for Product adjustment time. Your Special Order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved in advance, and the receiving address is verified. You will be notified of the status of your Special Order item by e-mail. There are "No Cancellations "

RECEIPT OF PURCHASE/ORDER CONFIRMATION

Receipt of Purchase / Order Confirmation After filling out and submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your product will be shipped the same business day if the product is in stock and if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. (noon). If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while being in transit the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of purchaser. Also all cancelled orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

SHIPPING & HANDLING REFUNDS

Shipping and Handling Refunds There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges unless HVACPLUS.com has shipped the order incorrectly.

No Cancellations , No Refunds on Custom or Special Orders. You can not cancel once we place the order from the factory for non-stock items. Please check all information carefully. All custom orders are non-returnable which includes non-standard stock items. WE HAVE A NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL CUSTOM ORDERS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS NOR ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. RETURNS

Returns Equipment and/or Parts that have been installed are not returnable. All products still in their original shipping container that have not been opened or installed may be returned, with an approved RMA from our parts department within 10 days from purchase date. Our RMA request form can be found and filled out online. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee on all parts and equipment submitted with an approved RMA form. Shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations. Note: HVACPLUS WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY INSTALLED OR ELECTRONIC PARTS. ORDER MINIMUM

Order Minimum Our internet order minimum is $50. All orders are charged an 8% of total order for Shipping & Handling for standard ground transportation, except for special situations such as over-sized equipment shipment.

Safety First Before you begin any repairs or installation on your heating and/or air conditioning systems, consult all manufacturers safety warnings and procedures. If you are not comfortable or have no experience working with Electricity, or with Natural Gas, L.P. Gas, we would highly recommend you calling a licensed contractor.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Policy We provide a warranty on some of the manufacturer's products we sell. Shipping and Handling charges are not covered under this one-year warranty. Purchaser will ship defective part to HVACPLUS.com at their own expense. Purchaser agrees that there will be a shipping and Handling charge on all warranty exchanges of parts and equipment. HVACPLUS.com is not responsible for any labor charges of parts or equipment of any kind. Purchaser should have a License qualified person to install, service or repair their equipment.
