AAF-HermanNelson unit ventilators have an institutional-grade construction specifically designed for the classroom environment and are designed for easy maintenance. The company has been providing these high quality systems for decades. The devices are suited for new or retrofit applications. Since they all come with different configurations, customers have the option of choosing the most suitable appliance which best suits their requirements. The latest AAF-HermanNelson unit ventilators are known for their silent functioning and have proved to be more than 50% quieter than the older models. These new devices satisfy the ASHRAE Standard 62.1-1999 which have more specific ventilation requirements for higher quality cooling. All systems are manufactured with easy maintenance in mind.

The company manufactures built up models. Models AHF, AHB, AHV, AHR ceiling units are manufactured for 750 to 2000 cfm. Whereas models AVS, AVB, AVV, AVR floor units are manufactured for 750 to 1500 cfm. The operating costs are heavily reduced in these systems by giving air options, which are variable while providing demand control ventilation. With these features, the comfort is also enhanced. Integration into other controllers is easily possible with the Digital Ready function. It also comes with Microtech II controls with Open choices feature.
