Buy electromechanical actuator
The electromechanical actuators are the best packaged solution for your linear actuation needs. With capacities ranging from 100 lbs to 100 tons, no one offers a greater selection of both AC and DC models. This extensive line of models is designed to meet the requirements of the most challenging applications. Benefiting from the latest in advanced design techniques, manufacturing methods, and over three decades of electromechanical product experience, Electromechanical Actuators last longer and run smoother with minimal maintenance and no headaches.
When an air actuator is ordered by itself it can be specified with closemount hardware, with a standoff, or, if your valve already has a standoff, with just the standoff mounting hardware. The standard air actuator is rated for use at temperatures up to 70°C. The valves which will be in ovens or heated zones require a standoff assembly, which locates the air actuator out of the heated zone and supports both the valve and actuator. A high temperature model permits both valve and air actuator to be mounted within an oven (175°C maximum), but it is not recommended for use below 50°C.
Mechanical actuators offer positive mechanical action, precise positioning, and uniform lifting speeds. Standard configurations include upright or inverted units with translating or rotating lifting screws, and top plate, threaded, or clevis ends. The anti-backlash option reduces vertical backlash resulting in smooth, precise operation and minimal wear.
Electric actuators valves are those which, in response to a signal, automatically move to a desired position using an outside power source. Single-phase or three-phase AC or DC motors drive a combination of gears to generate the desired torque level. There are two basic types of electric actuators: rotary and linear. Each type of actuator uses special electric actuator valves. Rotary electric actuators use ball, plug, and butterfly valves that rotate a quarter-turn or more from open to close. Linear electric actuators use gate, globe, diaphragm, pinch, and angle valves that feature a sliding stem that opens or closes the valve. Rotary electric actuators are used in the electric power industry, high-power switching gears, and packaging applications. Linear electric actuators are well-suited for operating in tight tolerances.
The actuator motor has Input power of 12V or 24V DC, Load capacity of up to 600kg (1300lbs) push load 400kg (800 lbs) pull load, Speed will be 4.5mm/s (600kg), 12.5mm/s (300kg), Mounting clevis to clevis rear clevis can be turned 90°, Stroke will be 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 30mm (OEM stroke available), Duty cycle is 25% and Sensor is hall effect
