2. Underwriters' Laboratories, Inc. Classification:

When tested according to UL Standard 900; Aluminum filters are UL Class II, galvanized and stainless steel filters are UL Class 1.

3. Filter Size Tolerances:

1/2" filters: +/- 1/16" on width, length and thickness
1", 2" and 4" filters: +/- 1/8" on width and length, +/- 1/16" on thickness.

4. Product Description:

  Frame Material:

  Aluminum Filters: 0.032" thick, 3003 H-14 aluminum
Galvanized Steel Filters: 24 gauge
Stainless Steel Filters: 24 gauge, type 304

  Frame Construction:

Frames constructed of roll formed channels. Frames connected by a tab folded inside of the adjacent side and fastened with a pop rivet(s). All corners are mitered. A 3/8" drain hole is located 3" from each corner, on 1", 2" and 4" filters. 1/2" filters have no drain holes.

  Filter Media:

  Aluminum Filters: 18 x 16 mesh, 0.009" strand diameter
Galvanized Steel Filters: 18 x 14 mesh, 0.009" strand diameter
Stainless Steel Filters: 18 x 14 mesh, 0.009" strand diameter

  Media Configuration:

1/2" filter media, pleated to a height of 1/8".
1", 2" and 4" filter media pleated to a height of 5/8".
