1. Freight Terms: No freight allowed.
   
2. Filter Dimensions:
   
  The actual face dimensions of standard and special size filters have a tolerance of ±1/8” and a
tolerance of ± 1/16” for the thickness.
   
3. Product Description:
   
 
a) Media:
   
  Fiberglass - media pads are constructed of continuous fiber glass pads, pads are tinted blue. Synthetic - media pads are constructed of high loft polyester fibers. ½” and 2” pads are blue/white tinted in color, 1” pads are yellow/white.
   
b) Media Support
   
  Bottlecap - 0.012” steel. Scrim - 4 x 3 mesh, white synthetic.
   
c) Filter Strip:
   
  Strips consist of a 1-piece, kraft paperboard pinched frame design. The frames are sewn. The 2” filter may consist of 2 - 1” filters taped together.
   
d) Filter Label: The filters will be labeled only with the filter size.
   
4. Packaging: Panel filters are packaged in a heavy duty corrugated fiberboard box.
   
5. Application Guide:
   
  Used for general air filtration in all types of air conditioning, heating and ventilating systems. Also used in fan coil units, unit ventilators, and as prefilters to higher efficiency filters.
