All replacement condenser coils applied on stainless steel units are supplied with stainless steel casings. In addition to the coil casing, our various fin and tube combinations provide flexibility for wide fin spacing. This allows the coil surface to be cleaned more easily, minimizing dirt and dust build up inside the coil, and allows potentially corrosive particulate matter to fall through the coil instead of laying on the fin surface. Replacement condenser coils are usually used in Condenser, Desuper heater, and Reheat applications. The applications comprise of the replacement condenser coil which coil takes the superheated vapor from the compressor and cools that vapor down to saturation. It then completely condenses the entire vapor into liquid, and continues to sub cool the resulting liquid to a desired temperature below saturation. The process proceeds applying reheating coil. This is a hot gas reheat coil which takes the superheated vapor from the compressor and cools the vapor down to saturation. It then continues to condense a requested percentage of that vapor to a liquid. Then comes the desuper heater coil which takes the superheated vapor from the compressor and cools that vapor down to a requested temperature above saturation. The replacement condenser coil is constructed using the tubing with specifications ranging from 3/8" or 1/2" O.D. Copper, 5/8" O.D. Copper, Stainless Steel, or Carbon Steel. The circuiting used may be Standard one section or multiple sections. The rows may vary from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10; 12.The fin surface may be Sine Wave (corrugated), New Ripple (peak and valley) or Flat. The casing used can be Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper or Aluminum .Further, the connections maybe Copper Sweat, Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel. The condenser may be made larger to reduce the condensing temperature and compression ratio. Condenser fans which are propeller fans are sized and shaped for efficient operation at full and part load. Filters and cooling coil are larger to reduce the airflow velocity and improve heat transfer. They are also designed to have easy access for cleaning. Replacement condenser coils can be cleaned with a replacement condenser coil cleaner which has high foaming action that carries dirt, grease, etc. out from center of coils .It leaves coil fins cleaner and brighter.
